The north London side will welcome the German club to Wembley on Wednesday 2 November after playing out a goalless draw in the reverse fixture in late October.
Spurs sold all the remaining tickets for their Champions League matches at Wembley last month, but the club have today released a limited number of extra tickets for the game with Leverkusen.

Tottenham remain in contention to book their place in the knockout stages of the Champions League despite only winning one game in Group E so far, with Mauricio Pochettino's men sitting just a point behind leaders Monaco.
Group E remains tight, however, with Leverkusen on three points - one behind Spurs - while CSKA Moscow are bottom with two points.
Before hosting Leverkusen, though, Tottenham must first take on Premier League champions Leicester City at White Hart Lane this Saturday.
Two London derbies, first against Arsenal and then against West Ham, then await Pochettino's side later in the month before the team travel to take on Monaco - who beat them at Wembley - on 22 october.
